Tripod Computer Services Remote Access Instructions

Remote Assistance uses a client/server relationship between your computer and ours at TCS. When you download the SERVER you are downloading a program that needs to be installed so that your program will communicate with our CLIENT. After the software is installed, you will need to EMAIL ME the following information.

What's my ip address, create your own visitors IP image

  • Your IP address
  • Your User Name
  • Your Password

After you have visited the 'SERVER' section and downloaded the program, call TCS to setup the first connection.

Important things to note when using Remote Assistance
