Will spy bot or antivirus virus software interfere with setting up paypal account? Del
Some causes with internet based forms not submitting are:
a faulty Zip Code not comparing to the one in their database, (like O'Fallon switching from 63366 to 63368)
a city not being spelled right (again O'Fallon is the proper spelling but it would be either Ofallon or O Fallon in that form)
an address not existing in their database (new addresses have this issue)
a virus has affected your computer (I suggest Avira from www.Avira.com)
Your security settings are not open to submissions or cookie handling (go to tools and internet options and default all the security settings)
your popup blocker is stopping the function (look for toolbar popup blockers like googles... I always forget that one)
if you default all the security settings, that overrides the ones that the antivirus or antispyware set... it is most likely the issue.
