# Who would want to break into my computer at home?
Even though you think that your system does not contain any real information that others would want, it is a computer. People may attempt to use your system to collect information like credit card information from other computer systems. Once done, if your computer is not found, they would likely want to crash your system to prevent a tracing back to their system.
